Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics has a fully equipped Transport Section.

The section has a fleet of six cars. It also has a facility to look after the small routine maintenance of the vehicles and carry out a few routine repair jobs to keep the vehicles fit, which enables the department to cater to the needs of the Institute.
