Arnab Purohit is a graduate student at Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, Kolkata, India. He is a researcher in high energy particle Physics and currently a member of CMS collaboration. The Topic of his research is higgs boson discovery and it's property measurement in the higgs to di-photon channel. He is participating in the analysis of large data taken by CMS detector which is one of the detectors of the Large Hadron Collider at CERN, Switzerland. He also spends time on the calibration of Hadron Calorimeter which is one of the sub-detectors of the CMS detector.
