CFT kinematic space, Entanglement Entropy and RG flows.

After reviewing the recent discussion in the literature on geometrizing CFT kinematic data (what has been called the kinematic space) in the AdS/CFT context, I will discuss how to use this to derive an expression for the entanglement entropy in a BCFT as well as how one might extend these ideas beyond CFT.
