N O T I C E

It has come to the notice that the pre-appointment formalities are not being followed in this Institute properly causing thereby unwarranted administrative problems.

            In order to avoid any future administrative complicacy and for smooth running of the Institute, the following pre-appointment formalities which are to be followed are brought to the notice of the HOD of the Divisions/Sections and Chairpersons of the Committees for information and necessary action:-

1.                  Verification of Character and Antecedents must be done prior to all regular appointments and the reports shall reach this Institute before the offer of appointment is made. However, verification of Caste Certificates of Reserved Candidates may be done after their joining.

2.                  No individual, other than a Govt. employee (for whom medical examination had already been done), on his/her first appointment in SINP will be permitted to join a regular post unless it is informed through an official letter by the E.O. reporting the individual that he/she is medically fit and may join.

3.                  Verification of original certificates/testimonials may be done before joining by the Establishment Section and under no circumstances any individual will be allowed to join unless he/she produces copies of original certificates/testimonials along with complete set of attested copies of such certificates/testimonials to the Establishment Section prior to joining.

All HODs/Chairpersons are requested to co-operate to ensure strict compliance of the above instructions, to avoid complications after joining.

This has the approval of the Director, SINP vide his order dated 15.12.2007.
